    From my initially realising that something might be amiss, I was quickly given an appointment with a practitioner who very quickly realised that there was a possible skin cancer. She very quickly arranged an appointment with the Dermatology people in Caldedale. The practitioner there agreed the initial diagnosis and arranged for me to come and see her the next day. The offending 'beasty' was removed. I believe they think it has all been removed. The stitches were removed by a practitioner at Grange Group the other day. Great service all round.... many thanks.

    Took all day to get a response and was not informed when a replacement prescription was issued, if I hadn’t got the nhs app to check I would not have known

    Dear patient Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry you were not informed that your prescription was issued. We would typically ask our patients to make contact with their nominated pharmacy around 48 hours after their request to us, and should not hope there are any issues in collecting medication. I will feed this back to our Pharmacist colleagues, so they can review their processes. I hope this will improve your experience in future. Kind regards DS

    Home visit for mum to check all us ok and we have everything we need. Took the time to see mum in person and had some interaction with her. Arranged repeat bloods. Medication requests responded to quickly and reception staff polite and responsive

    He asked if I had any concerns with my medication and asked for me record my BP readings for a week and send it to the surgery. He also discussed with me the blood tests that I needed to have done and then ordered my medication for me.

    On 25 July I submitted a repeat prescription form. On 1 August I had to go into the surgery and enquire as to its whereabouts. On 21 August I submitted a repeat prescription form along with my wife’s repeat prescription. These prescriptions were submitted early as, the following week, we were going on holiday. Her prescriptions were available on 24 August. There was no record of my repeat prescription request. I have had to go away on holiday with insufficient medication. I have been to see a specialist regarding another medical complaint and he has written a letter to my GP recommending I use two creams. I wonder how long, if at all, it will take for these creams to appear. I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving and feel let extremely down.

    Awful. Contacted the practice last week regarding an issue I’ve been dealing with for months and they are very dismissive or just want to throw tablets at you. They do not listen. Ignored me crying out for help on a matter and are dismissive because of my age. Anyone I speak to when I say what response or help I get from the grange thinks it’s appalling how I am treated. I thought it was improving here but I was very wrong.
