    Patients were alerted on screen previously ince Gp was ready for them and informed which room to go to. That seems to have been sbolished and now practitioners shout out for patients when ready. Not ideal if hard if hearing or others being called st same time. Unprofessional and sounds like a fish market. Please bring back old system.

    The Grange Group Practice referred me to HRI Breast Clinic 2 weeks ago in relation to a suspect lump. The referral came through very quickly and I was seen by a Doctor, had diagnostic tests and left the hospital all in under an hour. 10 minutes later I received a call from the Dr saying all was clear. Very impressed and relieved. Well done NHS

    My daughter rang for a telephone consult with me and they rang a different number instead of hers. We had sat all morning waiting for the call. The number on their system was correct but they had rung a different one so we never got the feedback - very poor.

    So I had a child who's temperature has been going high for 3 days when I rang the hospital i was given same day appointment and my son was checked and medication 💊 prescribed and he is doing great now

    Today was very busy in the practice and when the receptionist changed over the young lady seemed to be struggling on her own and people were queuing and complaining and it was very loud to which I never heard my name being called I think it would be a lot better to have the screen working again as people would find it easier when they see their name on the screen especially when it’s very busy

    I'm happy with the service i received getting my blood test done and the courtesy calls I received regarding my care in 2024 and my patches account the doctors replying to me on time

    I rang to make an appointment and was offered a late appointment at 7.20pm a few days later, which was really convenient. It’s nice to see that the surgery are catering for people who may struggle to get there during working hours. The nurse practitioner was lovely, very efficient and extremely professional despite the late hour

    I was seen by a Doctor who didn't know me before the appointment. He arranged blood tests, an ECG and a blood pressure monitor to be used at home. Later a second Doctor has requested an Echo Cardiogram to be done.
