Doctor phoned me to discuss blood test results. Very professional and approachable. Gave me all the relevant information and discussed options. Referred me for further investigations. I love the NHS!

My latest experience was just all the other times. Very good. The doctor listened to my problems patiently. I did not feel rushed. She allowed me time to explain everything. I left the surgery knowing that the doctor will do everything possible to get to the root of my ill health. I have confidence that very soon she will assess everything gather all the information and get to the root of my problems. Confidence and trust are very important in a relationship with a doctor and I got that.
