    I moved into Dudley 20 months ago and registered at The Greens. On the few occasions I have needed to contact the surgery, I have always had great customer service via the receptionist team and have either been given a telephone consultation or face to face appointment on the same day. NHS does not always get praised, but I want to say well done to the team at The Greens for the great service I have received

    Had a problem with a medication and within 10-15 minutes of getting through to the surgery an alternative medication was prescribed and sent via electronic prescription to my pharmacy. so grateful for the kindness and support shown to me.

    Myself and daughter came to the practice on 25th April morning for some information the staff was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was really good & nice and welcoming. They did a great job with what I needed help with. Very greatful

    The appointment system is a complete nightmare and totally unfit for purpose. You have to phone at 8 am for appointments that day and you simply can't get through. There is no other way to make an appointment. When you do get through you're told there's no appointments left and to try again tomorrow for the whole cycle to start again. This system is not designed for people who have a job. If you use the online enquiry form you're supposed to hear back from the doctor within 2 days. This simply doesn't happen. It's totally unacceptable to treat patients this way. This surgery should be ashamed of itself. I would not recommend anybody to register at this surgery.

    I am now convinced that your receptionists don't even have the phones on the hook. An hour and well over 150 calls later lines are still busy. How is this possible?

    Spoke to doctor just under a month ago who put me on medication, tells me under no circumstances just stop the medication I need to ring and speak to a doctor before finishing. I have been calling since Thursday and cannot get through, line is either busy or surgery closed. Even if you get to next caller in line you then get hung up on, so tell me what I should do about my medication please!?

    ex nurse high bp fear stroke cannot book by phone an appointment staff leave promises rarely fulfilled with a response bookings am it’s a mad tele rush, bookings for the day quickly taken, have to try again next day, it’s an absolute nightmare. This needs raising in government
