We moved to practice from another local GP practice a couple of years ago, after I felt disappointed with our experiences at the previous one. Every point of contact I’ve had with the Greenway has been excellent. The reception team are helpful, kind and friendly, and the GPs and nurses I have seen have always been excellent too. I also feel like it’s been easy to get an appointment when needed, and efficient when needing a repeat prescription. What prompted me to write my review today was the experience I had at a cervical smear test. I personally am not overly worried about attending cervical screening, and have never had a negative experience, but I know a lot of women are anxious & may put off going as a result. The nurse I saw today was welcoming, friendly, relaxed and kind - exactly the kind of person you would want to visit for this type of appointment. Overall it’s a great practice and I’m so glad we decided to move to be patients here.

I feel all the staff at this practice go above and beyond for their patients. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the clinical staff are the same, they will take time to answer any queries and seek out relevant information. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for all your hard work.

Reception staff wonderful as always. Secured appointment to see Dr quickly. Doctor was thorough and sympathetic of my situation, quickly prescribing antibiotics. Also clearly outlined next steps to take. I left the surgery feeling better already having shared my difficulties and secured expert help and guidance. Everything which anyone could wish for from our medical practice. Thank you all.

As a new patient visiting the surgery today I would like to thank the receptionist who dealt with my request for a prescription for my husband, and details of how to use the online system. She was very pleasant and efficient.
