I have stage 3 kidney disease, can't get an appointment with anyone til 2024. I've been in absolute agony for weeks but they don't care. Receptionists couldn't care less. Wish I'd never moved I'd still be with old surgery.

You get told e consult will be open from 7am it never is. You then ring from 8am for 3 hours an 200 calls later for line busy to then get told their are no appointments an Try again tomorrow when you have already been trying for 3 days to get told to go the walk in then. Absolutely appalling doctors.

Dear Patient, I'm sorry to hear of your problems contacting the surgery. Our econsult opens at 07:30 each working day. We are extremely busy currently and demand is very high. Part of our service is to sign post patients to alternative, appropriate services that can assist with your healthcare issues when we are full to capacity. i have not been able to get on to the online or by phone my doctor does not pass anything over if another referral needs doing
