As with most practices these days everyone works under pressure. All the staff at Hadleigh Lodge do great work despite this. I would particularly like to express my appreciation for GPs who really know their stuff....very competent folk.

Turned up for flu jab. Welcoming staff directed us to the next member of staff who then directed us into the consultation room. Doctor and admin staff working together. One way system to leave. All done and dusted in less than 5 minutes. Very sleek operation.

I was greeted in a friendly manner at the flu clinic at Corfe Hills School. I didn't feel 'processed' and was dealt with promptly and professionally.

I attended a local school for my annual flu jab and as in previous years it was really well organised; people guiding you all the way with next to no queue at all. I was directed to 1 of half a dozen or so 'jabbers', the doctor asked a few precautionary questions and then gave me the injection, it was all over in a couple of minutes. A massive thanks to the team for giving up their Saturday.
