The Flu Clinic was efficiently organised, with Volunteers helping to keep the line moving. The Nurse administered the jab quickly and painlessly!

I usually go to the flu clinic at Corfe hills school where the system seems very efficient. At the Broadstone clinic today there was a long queue outside the building. If it had been raining it would have been awful. The number of cars abandoned on the road made driving difficult throughout the whole area.

The organising of the flu’ injections was carried out seamlessly as always, from the text urging us to book to the efficiency and friendliness on the day itself. Wonderful staff, quick and easy injecting, lots of smiles then out again. 10 out of 10. I’m happy to be in one of the best practices in the area.

I visited this afternoon having just completed chemo at Poole in the morning. I was very tired and thirsty and struggled to speak. I spoke to a very helpful, obliging receptionist who sorted out my request, having got me a much needed drink of water whilst I sat down. Always helpful, I feel very lucky to have such a good surgery having moved here 2 years ago.

Despite moving the flu jab sessions back to the surgery rather than the local school, the service was as well organised, quick and easy as usual. We didn't use the surgery car park but it didn't look as busy as we thought it might. Everyone was helpful and friendly as usual and despite arriving early, it wasn't a problem and we were in and out within minutes
