I had my appointment on Tuesday and saw the most amazing Junior Doctor . I felt nervous going into the appointment she was so thorough and the best Dr I have ever had at the practice.

Had to wait about 20 minutes on the telephone as very busy this morning lovely receptionist who phoned me back with an appointment for this morning prompt attention very much appreciated. I saw Dr jones who was so thorough and helpful I have a really bad cold She checked me and was so pleasant Thanks

Needed an appointment, in pain but not a&e worthy. Was told gp would triage me in 48 hours!! Or I could go to a&e, this is the very reason a&e is over run, Surgeries constantly sending patients there that don't need a&e! I am now missing work ,but cannot see gp yet. Online system is ridiculous, can only contact at 8am and 2pm usually shut within 10 minutes. No emergency appointments anymore either.

Had an appointment with two nurses this morning and discussed perimenopause and had the best experience, did a thorough health check and made me feel so much better mentally, it had made a huge difference even just to be understood.

Arrived at the surgery at 12.31 today, I didn't know there was staff training. Needed to confirm my repeat prescription had been sent, I asked for it 2 days ago, chemist said it was still at Doctors. I run out tomorrow. Receptionist came to the door, but refused to help in any way.

I have tried for 2 days to book an appointment online but message says on pause. I have managed to get through to receptionist who was not helpful at 2.15pm and was told try a gain in the morning.Her response was quite rude. I have been with is practice for a number of years and never had a problem. The new system is not very good when trying to book an appointment.

I met with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner in January and I just wanted to say thank you, I didn't feel rushed at all, she listened to what my issues/concerns were and i just felt so comfortable in being able to talk and knew i was being heard, she completed a referral following my appointment straight away. Thank you again

Four days my wife as suffered try to get through at 8am 2pm only to be hanged on Friday 10 th and then later to be told to call back Monday we been with this clinic for years worse service ever

What is the point in moving appointments on line when it is just as difficult, if not more so, to book an appointment by phone? Time and again the on line service is not available within an hour of opening. At 14.25 today I was speaking to the receptionist who asked me to make my query on line. By 14.40 when I tried to do so the service was unavailable. How is this an 'improved' service?

Hamilton practice is the best. The staff, nurses, receptionist and above all my Gp are all so good and have so much compassion and understanding. My GP is one of the best. She is very good at her job and I’m so thankful for having her as my doctor.
