Just want to say that every time myself or my husband have attended this practice, we are always pleased with the service. My husband needed treatment on a week to week basis and was always greeted with a smile and left with a satisfactory visit. The staff on reception are polite and helpful no matter what time I have called. Since Covid it has been a difficult time for us all and maybe we have had to wait around for certain things, but still they go over and above to be as helpful as possible. So a Big thank you to all of you at the surgery. You do a great job......

Rang 111 told ring GP practice rang GP practice it was before 16.30pm very ignorant receptionist answered told her 111 was send paperwork through never asked what the problem was just said you cannot see anyone today. Rang 111 back waited till 22:05pm for a ring back I had terrible pain and had to go to out of hours for 22:30pm. I don’t see why I should have had to suffer as I can’t remember the last time I got in touch with you for medical attention. I wonder could you just confirm the GP appointment hours also practioners hours of duty. I rang the surgery back after 16.30pm and was advised you had left the premises. ( all I needed was antibiotics). I would appreciate a reply to this e-mail at your earliest convenience.
