I have been waiting for them to complete my prescription exemption certificate for over a month, it expires next week. Each time I visit to inquire, they sift through a huge pile of these forms, find mine then say Oh! it hasn't been done yet. So not just me waiting... The staff have no interest in assisting with this issue, they just tell me to call back in another week. Can not recommend this practice, find somewhere else if you can.

Came in extremely poorly for my GP appointment got seen by the doctor who prescribed me with antibiotics and eye drops for my eye infection and chest infection . Got told by the doctor to collect the medication from the pharmacy only to find out that the doctor haven't sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Rang the GP got told by the receptionist to wait while she emailed the doctor who was sat in a room two doors down... I then had to wait over an hour at the pharmacy for my prescription to be sent over which never happened. It has now been over 24 hours since my appointment and no one has been in touch with me about my medication even after I went into the Gp practice for an update. The receptionist I spoke to was kind however the rest showed no sympathy what so ever.
