  1. Review titled Heath surgery is a horrible practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

I am a new patient as my family is, I can not understand why we need to go to the surgery and need to fill up a paper to request regular medication! I am really upset with that as I need to look for someone else to stay in my home looking for my disable son and elderly mum. This is ridiculous 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. My son only needs 3 different medications but my elderly mum needs 19 different medications and I will need to fill in the papers down every single month… and leave them with other person to go to the surgery and drop the paperwork👎 I could zero stars will be my personal opinion.

  2. Review titled Terrible hrt review

Rated 1 star out of 5

Dreadful hrt review with nurse practitioner. Rudest woman I have ever encountered in a medical setting . Didn’t have the info to hand of the dosage I am currently on ,nor how long I had been in it . Told me I could go on conti hrt (wrong as still have periods and this could lead to womb cancer without protective progesterone) Then told me hormones fluctuate anyway and hrt isn’t going to cure that . Admitted she didn’t know what was really available as “they keep adding new products “ But worse than her lack of knowledge was her rude dismissive patronising manner ,just nasty and no need to treat a fellow human like that . In stark contrast to the amazing nurse practitioner that specialised in hrt I saw 3 yrs ago ,he was extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly . Why is there no one specialising in hrt at the practise now ? Peri menopausal women do not cease to exist ,and we certainly do not deserve to be treated and spoken to like I was today ,mind blowing that it came from a fellow female .
