  1. Review titled Bad service

Rated 1 star out of 5

If someone is very ill, I mean she has been suffering from recurrent cystitis and ic illness for long time and this cystitis comes back every 2 weeks she needs help. The receptionist should give an appointment to her. Not putting down the phone while the patient talking. I asked them to prescribe a medicine and catether which was recommended a professor I visited. After a week I didn't get the prescription even though I specified that I am going on holiday soon. Due to this I will be ill during my holiday. This surgery neglects it's patients.

  2. Review titled Unkind receptionists

by Angelina - Posted on 27 July 2024

I called the GP one morning. I have recurrent cystitis and ic illness, which are very painful. I asked for help from the secretary. I was told there was no one who could help me. I felt so miserable and started to cry. She told me something but I couldn't hear. Finally she put down the phone while I was talking. This is impolite and unrespectful. I didn't raise my voice just cried loudly. I later received a letter about I was unkind with the receptionist. I think I don't deserve this letter. Anyway unprofessional service, avoid.

  3. Review titled Unkind and unprofessional receptionists

by Angelina - Posted on 27 July 2024

I have been suffering from recurrent cystitis and IC illness. Many times it's very painful. I called the GP one morning. I was told there were no appointments. I understood but I started to cry because of the pain, and I felt it's impossible to get help. The receptionist thought that I was raising my voice, but I was cried because of the pain and the hopelessness. She put down the phone while I was speaking. She could have at least listened to what I was saying. And try to help me to find a solution. I feel so miserable because I was suffering of strong pain and just got a letter now, I was violent with them. This isn't true. Anyway the receptionists are rude and unhelpful, and I felt humiliated that morning. The doctors should send the urine sample to the lab not just give me an antibiotic. The doctors are not very knowledgeable.

  4. Review titled Fabulous Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Over the last few months, whilst looking after an elderly relative I have needed to contact the surgery multiple times . I have been enormously impressed by the team . The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful and skilled at helping me get advice from the right person in a timely way despite the huge pressure they are under . The doctors have gone out of their way to care for my relative and I am very grateful for that . They have been kind at all times . Thank you
