Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. Very caring, compassionate doctor . My experience this time was very good and nothing could have been done better.

Excellent understanding and support for my specific requirements for appointments and all issues related to patients' care. Efficiently organised, focussed on patients' needs and everyone offers a comforting smile!

The miserable-sounding receptionist seemed to judge herself whether I was allowed to see a doctor or not, despite being first in line on call she decided to put me on the 'waiting list' because my problem wasn't good enough to see the doctor. I received no callback so called again, same day in the afternoon, and a different, more helpful receptionist thankfully gave me an appointment right away. However, the doctor I saw was very condescending. She didn't take me seriously at all despite my previous GP doctor (I saw the week before) telling me himself come get an appointment if my symptoms get worse. This surgery is like a 'russian roulette' of whether I get a helpful doctor and a decent check-up/diagnosis, which should most definitely not be the standard of any healthcare practice at all.

I’m really happy with this practice. almost every time i normally get same day appointments which is i think it’s great really good doctors and friendly reception team

I have been with this surgery for over ten years and think the service they provide is exemplary. The receptionists are delightful and the doctors and nurses are fantastic.

Terrible receptionists. Make an appointment and once arrived they tell me that the appointment cannot go ahead. Receptionist are terrible. Some GPS are okay but there are some that are extremely rude an condescending. As a result I will be leaving the surgery due to being informed that my test results were missing and not on their system despite the GPS having made referrals to consultants, very dangerous and poor practice.
