The doctor that I meet is the best doctor i have ever meet in my life your luck to have her she is so efficient in our job nothing is too much trouble. She put she put you at ease.

Covid & flu jab well organised. Reception good and well informed during short wait, which was overseen by another volunteer

Attended Moat House with my wife for our Covid and Flu vaccinations. The whole process was very well organised and quick. Very happy that we are now prepared for the upcoming winter.

Very pleased with the caring we get from the various GPs. After calling surgery we are triaged and either get a call back same day, get seen same day depending on urgency of complaint/condition or link sent to book appointment. Recently we attended the Covid/flu jab clinic which was extremely well organised.

Made an appointment for a Covid jab and the surgery was pretty stuffed with people but it was surprising how efficiently & quickly the queue was whittled down with cheerful staff and the time I was in having the jab was very short. Very efficient & friendly throughout.

Covid and flu booster jabs service was very smooth. Good range of times and it all ran well to time. Good to get both jabs done in the same visit as not all practices do that.

Arrived for my boosters on a Saturday morning as scheduled. There was a “take a ticket” queue process in place that worked brilliantly. A very friendly and welcoming surgery, I have never had any concerns around my care here and can highly recommend.
