Had flu and covid jabs recently. No hanging around outside, no long wait in waiting room. In and out of surgery in a very short time. Nurse was efficient and very polite,

Always can get a appointment for physio within 2 Weeks. Or a Doctor can ring back on the same day. Can always get the phone answered by a person. Can get blood test at the moat house.

The whole process from arrival to being issued with a 'number' and quickly called through to have my covid booster and flu vaccination was handled so professionally.

Went for the annual flu and Covid jabs last Saturday at the Moat House Surgery; it was well organised, plenty of seating available thanks to people being asked to book times online, and everything ran smoothly and on time. Heard others praising the surgery for its handling of its patients whatever their situation. The jabs themselves were virtually painless, and the team I went to were nice, calm and professional.

I would like to thank and praise all involved in today's visit especially the nurse who got the heart nurse and the gp involved. I think progress was made today thanks to the first nurse.

There’s a new method to invite patients into the practice to monitor general health and regular medicines. It’s very effective as you are given an appointment then a follow up appointment with your doctor. The receptionist was very helpful as I didn’t know how to use the new check in screen. The nurse (?) who took my measurements and blood pressure and blood test was informative and friendly.
