    I have had an ongoing problem since last November. This has been monitored by the doctor and every effort made to treat the problem. It now seems under control and the doctor wants to see me again in a few months to confirm problem has now gone away

    I was telephoned by a doctor yesterday in response to me leaving a request for medical advice on the surgery website the evening before. I was called first thing in the morning by a doctor who was not only incredibly professional and polite, but explained how his own child was suffering with the same condition and therefore he had enormous knowledge and advice to share with me. He spent almost 30 minutes talking on the phone, reassuring me and explaining in detail all about the condition, how we can help my son and the science behind it, in a way I could understand and explain to my son. I was so grateful for this doctor and everything he shared. He has made a huge difference to our thinking and how we move forward in helping my son. Service like this goes above and beyond and I feel extremely lucky we have Greystone House as our local surgery, serving our community. Thank you.

    I have allways found greystone very helpful ,i struggle sometimes and they have allways helped to me solve my problems ,i dont expect an instant fix but i know if i ask they will get back to me ,thank you

    Tuesday evening I received a text message regarding a change to my meds. On Wednesday I logged an enquiry using the message function on the NHS app. By 9am I received a text to say I would get a phone to discuss and by 12 noon a clinician had called me to discuss. Absolutely outstanding service for a simple query. This is typical of this surgery and I cannot be happier with the level of service we received. Xx

  7. Review titled Door to consulting room blocked to stay fully open

    I went for a blood test and noticed the door was stoppered fully open. I went to close it which was when I noticed the rubber stopper jammed under it. I couldn’t reach to get it and assumed the nurse would but no. She proceeded to do the whole thing with door fully open I kid you not. People walking past and me getting anxious as I hate needles. Wholly inappropriate.

    I had pneumonia in November 2022 which recurred in December...after 2 lots of antibiotics I still had a virus in my lungs and had to have a 3rd lot of antibiotics with which I was very unwell, therefore I only took them for 1 week and not the 2 weeks, as discussed with my doctor. A following chest x ray was clear, however another sputum test showed I now had another virus in my lungs [pseudomonas] for which I was prescribed a 4th lot of antibiotics. The care and treatment that I received in the 3 months of being unwell from the medical team was so good that I felt compelled to leave a positive review. The leading doctor in my treatment, I feel, was beyond kind and showed so much interest and concern,albeit over the telephone, that I felt reassured and safe in my treatment and ongoing recovery.

    I just want to say that this surgery is in my opinion the best in the country any time we have ever had to contact them they have been brilliant, no problem getting Appointments the reception staff the paramedic and all the Doctors and team are so good I could not wish for a better surgery so attentive and caring, Thanks so much, Mark Dixon and Fiona Clark from Redhill Rh1 6qx.

    Greystone House surgery staff are always friendly, efficient and above all compassionately find you the help you need. My recent contacts with staff have shown how much they advocate for what you need quickly in order to support you for your medical issues. The website messaging service is easy to use and helps prevent unnecessary phone calls and helps you to get the service you need from the right clinician. I am a working patient and they have scheduled appointments and telephone calls around my working hours. Thanks to all the team your tireless work is really appreciated.
