I submitted a late request for an emergency repeat prescription on Friday afternoon, as I am going on holiday tomorrow (Tuesday) and had forgotten to order sooner. I explained my situation, that it was my error, but that I would not be able to go on holiday without my meds. It was signed off later that afternoon, sent to Boots for collection, and by midday today (Monday) I had the tablets. I would recommend using the NHS app as you can check the status of your request out of hours. I would like to extend my thanks to all the practice staff who always go out of their way, it’s too easy to just leave negative reviews but the teams at all three Humbleyard surgeries have never been anything other than kind, caring, knowledgable and professional towards me and my family. Thank you to you all for your hard work.

Unable to get a face to face GP appointment at all. Phone back appointments are promised and do not happen. I have to travel to the surgery as the phone queue is so long, 40+ waiting last time i tried to ring. To get a phone call back from a GP you have to attend the surgery in person early in the morning, this is after i have tried to phone and still get fobbed off. it is a black farce.. Meanwhile, i am still in pain..
