Awful service, unhelpful, infuriating front desk. It’s like the last thing they want you to do is see a GP. I have a serious medical condition but you wouldn’t think so if you judge it by the way they way they deal with me. They say book an appointment online yet you can only do that at certain times on their website if at all. Someone should tell them it’s 2024 and the internet is 24/7. Snotty, unhelpful , I was told to go to another practice by a receptionist when she didn’t like me complaining, that set me off shouting. It’s a place I dread going.

I have had to have contact with surgery a couple of times over past month both times have been dealt with politely, swiftly had 2 face to face with gp's with direct action. I feel the practise has now made lots of changes from first phone contact, triage, Dr phone consults to face to face which are working very well and I'm sure patients will notice the better service. Well done especially Mulbarton Surgery. Keep up good work. Thank you.

Today I went for a routine check up at friends flexors with the nurse and I can honestly say she was the nicest most informative nurse I’ve ever had!! I’ve been querying my pills for years and she finally listened to what I was saying and gave me advice instead of telling me to “do my own research” or “why bother changing now” like I’ve been told previously by other healthcare professionals! She was so kind and talked me through everything and made me feel so much better about my decisions!! Thankyou!
