   I used the online service to raise a query with the GP about my hip pain, and was given an appointment with a physiotherapist. I didn't have to wait long to see a physiotherapist at the practice. The practitioner I saw was kind and compassionate and explained the diagnosis they made and the steps that I could take to manage my condition moving forward. I was very happy with the service.
