Absolutely amazing Dr checked every thing never before in this practice has it be so though she was so though into every detail I felt she was looking after me such a shame this Dr isn't permanent amazing

Wrong bood form was asked to speak to the receptionist who was abrupt and not interested .Finally called back in by this lovely Phlebotomist who was so so helpful and sorted it out .

I recently needed help with my repeat prescription and I received prompt, thorough assistance on the telephone. All my questions were answered with patience and courtesy; I received very accurate information, so I could fully understand what was happening, and my repeat prescription is now perfectly on track.

I was offered a pneumococcal vaccine, which I made an appointment to receive. The nurse very efficiently delivered, and said I was also eligible for a Shingles’ vaccine. So I had a second vaccine , all in very quick time.

The staff at the Ivers practice are very friendly and helpful which hasn’t always been the case. The Doctor I saw went into great detail and was very efficient.
