Excellent staff, I had a “meltdown” recently whilst at the surgery, the nurse supported and signposted me to get the right care, the receptionist checked I was ok. Thank you!

Didn’t have to wait too long in the early morning phone queue. Receptionist made 2 different appointments for my symptoms one of those with a GP that day. Couldn’t fault the service on this occasion

I was called for asthma review which wasted both my time and that of the nurse. It could easily have been done remotely since I answered a few questions to confirm all was in order and then left with no further action required of anyone. In fact I was sent a survey by the practice on the same day with very similar questions. Perhaps remote reviews could be considered to save everyone’s time? Thank you

I had a telephone consultation with one of the GP. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and suggested a course of treatment which put my mind at rest.

Not getting an appointment at the surgery so, they have introduced check up health which is good service and spoke to a GP that night she was an extremely helpful and spent time. She arranged for me to see GP at the surgery.

After my consultation, I asked the receptionist, whether I was on a GP’s waiting list for a steroid injection. The receptionist looked up my details and gave me an answer. Nothing wrong with that, but her attitude was unfriendly and condescending. Having worked in the NHS in an admin patient facing role for 20 years, just a smile or better attitude would have been appreciated. This receptionist was not having a bad day as I have encountered her on a number of occasions and she always the same!

I can not make one complaint in regards to all staff. I have been backwards and forwards many times over the last few months. I have found the staff to be helpful, caring and friendly. My only complaint is that, they are probably fed up with seeing me so much!! They seriously have been very understanding to me.

It used to be very difficult to get an appointment and the receptionist was terribly rude, but they’ve changed something and it’s now easy to get through and my appointment was booked quickly and smoothly. The doctor was very quick and took my blood painlessly. Excellent experience
