Exceptional care as always received. Listened and treated my cause. I have a few medical ailments and have always found it easy to receive appointments.

Had an appointment from advice from 111, very thorough examination, professional,friendly ,caring, listened to my concerns- left feeling like I mattered with ongoing care.(student in attendance also).

Having been many times to Iver Medical Centre recently. I can not praise the Reception staff for being so helpful and the two Doctors dealing with me for listening to me, helping me and caring for me. These two Doctors have been so very good at dealing with my many health issues.

I had a cholesterol test. The board said Mrs for the doctor but it turned out to be a man who said the boards are always wrong. He was not very communicative and left a large bruise where he took the blood. Actually he might have been a nurse not really sure

Receptionists were all very pleasant and efficient and did their best to accommodate a suitable appointment time. Was offered a choice of 3 different times on the same day.

I was seen by the Nurse today, who was absolutely great. I am a very complex patient and she was very thorough. However, due to me being complex she spoke to the on-call Dr, who came in to see me. He was also extremely thorough with the Nurse, to try and get my problems dealt with. Both professional, kind and caring. I would also add, having had a few health issues lately, the Reception Staff, have also been very thoughtful and kind to me.

The Iver practice has had some uncomplementry reviews in the past. My recent experience has been very good. Reception and the training doctor I saw were excellent. Keep it up.

Staff always polite and helpful and most of the time I get to see a doctor who have most of the time sorted me out where they are able to. In need of urgent treatment now which I know is being seen to.

I have always found them to be very helpful and caring, never really had a problem. I found it easier to go and book an appointment by going to the surgery at 8.30 rather than hanging on the phone for hours.
