    It would great if staff could acknowledge that changes to log in procedures and car park arrangements will not necessarily be familiar to those of us who visit infrequently, especially if people are standing around the foyer area obscuring the screens. It slowly dawned on me that the person tapping away on the computer was not going to acknowledge me, and that there were signs referring to a 'tablet' which was invisible due to somebody leaning on it, who also seemed to be being ignored by the person tapping the keyboard. A simple Welcome sign at the entrance, with a list of procedures with regard to log in and parking would probably suffice. An actual person making eye contact when someone is obviously trying to make sense of all the notices dotted around the place (referring to two separate screens, one obscured) would be even better.

    needed a blood test done quickly, staff were extremely helpful and had the appointment arranged for 36 hours later. Staff were extremely helpful and took time to make sure the appointment fitted my needs, carry on the great work.

    It was my 1st postnatal appointment and i was waiting for it from so long so i can meet the doctor and tell him what am i going through! There was student doctor whom i met, he checked my BP my fevers and that’s it. I was having fever, cold and flu i asked him to prescribe me with some medicine as I was extremely unwell but he didn’t. Nor he asked me anything else other than that. I am not at all happy with my appointment nor for my baby! Senior doctor was also extremely rude…

    have once again been to The Ivers Medical Centre alot lately and I have to say the Receptionists have been helpful, the Dr's and Nurses I have seen have been completely thorough with me, as I am quite a complex case. Occasionally I have to chase things but I do that with many of the hospitals I am in the care of. I can not fault anyone at Iver Medical Centre, in fact the opposite, thank you for your care and support.

    I took my Mother for her injection and as always the GP was caring and kind. He took time to talk to her, asking how she has been keeping since he last saw her. It’s reassuring to hear this at her tender years.
