    I was seen on time, the doctors call and review of my diabetic blood test results with the practice nurse went very well. I did not feel rushed and they both took the time to explain my results and what I could to improve my situation. I received a very professional service from both of them.

    I contacted the surgery or s fit note following af two weeks off work with Covid. I spoke to a couple of the Reception Team and they made a telephone appointment with the Doctor for me. I found the Receptionists to be very helpful and courteous, very impressed (the Doctor did very well too!)

    You can only get appointments if you call or visit the surgery first thing in the morning. On several occasions, I and my household members have queued for 40 minutes to be told, 'We have no appointments' and to call back tomorrow. It is quite an ordeal, and we lack faith in this practice. There are too many episodes to mention, but we have had no choice but to start using the Hillingdon (Hospital) Urgent Treatment Centre. I have even taken my disabled 94-year-old mum there because Iver Medical Centre only issue same-day appointments, and once they are gone, that's it. Furthermore, we were recently told by 111 that they have no facility to make appointments at Iver, which is highly unusual. As I sit typing this review, my husband is at Hillingdon Hospital. Even though I tried to get an appointment today and told the receptionist his problem, she spoke to the duty doctor, who said to call back tomorrow! I am also an employer, and all my staff can book appointments with their respective practices in advance.

    I am disabled and find it difficult to get about. You managed on 2 occasions to fit 2 appointments one to follow the other . Both worked out really well and saved me 2 extra trips. It can be done.

    Once I managed to get through reception was very helpful and were able to assist. The frustrating thing was getting through in the first place. My first attempt took me 40 minutes just to get a ringing tone but I was number 16 in the queue. I then rang at a later time a was sent a link to send a text message.

    The last two occasions I have visited the Surgery I have seen a marked improvement in the service. All of the staff are helpful in what must be difficult times, and I came away feeling very satisfied with the treatment I received.

    Moved to the area not long ago my son needed an appointment was told on arrival they were running late obviously this can't be helped they were extremely busy however staff could not of done more to help kept apologizing and trying to help me keep my 2 year old calm then a doctor who was ment to be of and on training jump on to see my son as he was in discomfort extremely helpful friendly staff who went out there way to help us as best they could thankyou

    I managed to make an appointment on Friday for a phonecall, and 15 min after the appointment my mobile phone rang twice without giving me the time to answer. I immediately called back and after being put in a queue the receptionist told me the GP would try again as I did not answer the phone call. I pointed out to her that the phonecall did not last enough time to answer. I waited for over two hours with the phone in my hands to make sure I would not miss the call, but nobody called me back. I'm the end I received a message saying the GP tried to call me multiple times but I was not available. At that point I called the surgery again, and they said the Doctor tried to call me even though that was not true, and they suggested to call 111 or going to hospital. This really couse me a lot of stress and inconvenience, has I really needed help in that moment. Overall I think this was really a bad service, even though I know the surgery can be really busy I don't justify lying to a patient.

    All good usually punctual appointments Clean and tidy waiting room and w/c provided Should invest in open windows policy for air flow still otherwise climate temperature is usually comfortable
