The doctor had asked for me to book a telephone appointment to speak with them. The staff were very helpful in arranging this especially with everyone being so busy.

Extremely happy with all aspects of this surgery from booking appointment with an extremely helpful receptionist and then my appointment with their in-house physiotherapist who was very thorough and professional. Great service.

I has a phone consultation booked for yesterday at 9.10, Iver Medical Centre text me to say it could be any time in the day - they triad to call me once (my phone service wasn't great, so I moved to a better place for service) they didn't try again and I had no number to call back on. Not great service.

The medical centre have taken great of my son who has recently been quite poorly. Quick prompt action from the receptionist and the doctor too!

I called this morning for an appointment at 8:31 am. There was a busy signal. After three tries I was in the queue. I was 18th, then 10, then 5 and then I got the ringing tone (35 mins later) and then the line went dead. I started again, 18th in the queue and then 35 mins later I got through to reception. I tried to use the app but it was down. Great clinic but more attention needs to be on the phone systems.

I had problems getting part of my HRT prescription from the local chemist, so the pharmacist at the GP’s communicated with the doctor to try and find an alternative, I received 3 calls in one day to keep me informed.

There are often negative remarks made about this practice but I have always found them excellent. Again had a phone call follow up consultation which was perfect. Thank you

Saw the nurse (infected toe following a minor operation). She was kind, efficient, and gave me the time I needed to explain the problem and to ensure that I also had time to discuss other issues. At no time did I feel rushed or that I was being a nuisance. In essence I was treated as a human being and not as ‘a nuisance patient’. Thank you.

I visited the practice for my flu jab and the staff were friendly and efficient. Where the service falls down is if you need to book a face to face appointment. You have to ring at 08:30 for availability but it is not easy to get through. I have tried a few times to book online but there is never anything available. Maybe I’m trying at the wrong time?
