Telephoned the surgery and described my problem to the receptionist. She quickly grasped my need for help and immediately completed a triage form. I received a message early the following morning to make a face to face appointment at the surgery the same day, at the surgery and time of my choice. This was easy to do on the form provided. Within a few seconds I received confirmation of the appointment. Superb service, thank you.

My experience of being able to be seen to see a doctor or nurse since coming out of hospital has been positive. All staff were very accommodating and kind
