    Having filled the online form in which I found ok I was contacted within 1.5hrs with a face to face appointment which was a very good reponse

    Call yesterday to speak to a doctor got an appointment today. Very happy usually i have to wait two weeks

    Although not ideal seemed really easy to book an appointment through the new system. Received an email first thing and was easy to enter the desired time . So far so good

    Telephoned the surgery and described my problem to the receptionist. She quickly grasped my need for help and immediately completed a triage form. I received a message early the following morning to make a face to face appointment at the surgery the same day, at the surgery and time of my choice. This was easy to do on the form provided. Within a few seconds I received confirmation of the appointment. Superb service, thank you.
