Had to go to jr Friday 12/01/24 because I never got a phone call from doctor ( think receptionist never put it on the system ? ) and asking why you want a phone call ? Should never ask !!!would like to see practice manager ?

Recently joined practice following home move. All the staff have gone out of their way to be helpful. Additional access to alternative surgery is really helpful. Thank you to all staff.

Key medical practice has gone downhill over the last few years, impossible to get an appointment with a GP for 2-3weeks unless it’s urgent, reception never answer the phone, goes on answerphone and tells you you’re say 5th in queue, you hang on for 5minutes then line goes dead, still offering telephone consultation as first option, but this may entail a 2-3 day wait unless urgent, severe shortage of doctors and some are locums, practice seems to have amalgamated with Yarnton and Woodstock surgeries, impossible to see your named doctor.

Phoned up today. Had a telephone call with the doctor shortly after. Then had an appointment that same day with the doctor. Thank you so much for seeing me the same day. Very impressed with the quick and helpful appointment. Thank you so much.
