I had a consult with a lovely female gp yesterday . After leaving a message for triage only last week . She was very thorough and had a very nice manner . I went in for my appointment with her a couple of minutes early as well . I have never had any problem with the treatment I have had at this practice in almost 8 yrs . Now waiting for a referral which is non urgent but should be within the next four weeks which I consider excellent .

Went for my flu jab, booked in and was seen very quickly and efficiently. Nurse was very pleasant, explained what she was doing, and was gentle didn't feel anything.

Easy to speak to someone, same day call back or appointment. Lovely staff very professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Kept to appointment time

I went for a BP check and the nurse was very patient and friendly. She explained everything to me and asked me questions about my health.

I attended my appointment feeling really ill with a few problems I felt listened to and the questions asked by the nurse were very thorough. I was prescribed items to help with my problems and have another appointment 4/11

I book appointment and straight way next day was booked . The key family practices is the best ever have doctors in uk.. me and my family we are very happy with service .

However my last physical consultation it felt like the doctor wasn’t competent, she was also a bit dismissive.

My son is an autistic young man that is a selective mute and can not always explain what is wrong correctly. Dr P takes time to listen, understand and give him the care he needs, With simple explanation so he understands and with my son leaving calm and settled in his emotions.

I had a review on Wednesday and my appointment was at 10.20am. My wait was only a few minutes. Nurse reviewing me, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly. I felt valued as a patient.
