Attended today. Met receptionist who was very kind, caring and thoughtful. Understood my issues and responded appropriately. A very lovely caring practice.

My son was seen by a doctor at this surgery. His care and attention was second to none. He was seen at his appointment time and there was no waiting around. I can definitely recommend this surgery. Thanks everyone for looking after my boy.

Careful with your medication guys I've had random medication delivered, I couldn't blame the pharmacy as they're just doing their job Strongly suggest we check through our records online, never know what's going on there Clinicians should be more alert

Dear Saima We advise patients contact the practice if they are concerned about safety issues. Reviewing a service without raising this with the practice is not the first course of action and does not allow us to understand or investigate the issue. I suggest you contact the practice to discuss this with the practice manager for her to investigate your concerns. The practice will then draw learning and implement different ways of working should their be a need to do so.

: Just had a consultation with a PA, such a lovely lady, very friendly, (unfortunately unable to mention name due to nhs policy) Explains everything very calmly, does not rush through the consultation. Good listener I literally feel better just after speaking to her Definitely 5 stars for her
