I recently visited Kiltern Medical Center with my young daughter, and I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. The Doctor we saw was fantastic—his warm and friendly demeanour immediately put my daughter at ease. He took the time to listen attentively to the uncommon symptoms she has been experiencing, showing genuine empathy and concern. During the examination, he was both thorough and considerate, ensuring my daughter understood what was happening at each step without feeling overwhelmed. He explained the process and our next steps clearly and knowledgeably. This visit was a positive experience for both of us, and I feel confident in the care provided by the fantastic Doctor who has been at the surgery for years and Kiltern Medical Centre.

We have had recent frequent contact with the surgery, from doctors, nurses and reception staff and I cannot fault them. They have been amazing, helpful, understanding & patient when I have had to speak with anyone regarding, which may have been quite a serious health problem for my husband. I feel we are very lucky to have such a lovely surgery with amazing staff in Nantwich. Thank you everyone at Kiltearn. 😊

I contacted the surgery via eConsult and received an appointment to see a doctor within a week via a text confirmation. The doctor I saw was very helpful, discussed and explained my condition clearly, prescribed a more suitable medication for my condition and upon request provided a printed copy of my upcoming hospital consultation and contact details should I have any queries in the meantime. I am very happy with the service I received today.

The doctor I saw today is the best doctor at Kiltern by far She is very personable and a considerate doctor. Her popularity is shown by the fact it is difficult to get an appointment with her

Met with female GP this morning. She was very easy to talk to especially as I was in need of advice regarding gynaecology. Gave me good personal advice and appropriate recommendations and prescriptions.

My experience at Kiltearn this morning was Excellent. Dr was efficient and professional. I was worried about a mole and because of their excellent digital systems, he was able to take pictures and send the images directly to dermatology for a quick response. Very happy with my appointment and would recommend.

my 92 year old mother was sufferring from a reoccurrence of her sadly regular urinary tract infection and the emergency antibiotics which had been agreed with the GP was left off her last prescription. She visited the practice personally as she couldn't get through on the phone and was left with the impression that the receptionist thought she was overreacting and potentially lying about her condition.... being polite costs nothing. Some more compassion for our elderly would be most appreciated. Hopefully this wont develop into sepsis or a vist to A&E

The GP I saw today has been looking after my family for many years now and I trust her totally. Today’s appointment was ahead of time but she always allows enough time to listen & discuss my issues. The checking in system on arrival is good and seemingly effective. I was early but only waited for a couple of minutes before I was called.
