   The practice does not have an electronic prescription ordering system. It takes 5 days to get medication.I need medical appliances which are ordered through a 3rd party supplier who request a prescription from the practice. When it is fulfilled and there have been 2 occasions when prescription hasn't been sent at all it is posted 2nd class to the supply. The time delay was unacceptable and stressful with just untruths and incompetence from staff I have now changed to another GP practice with modern systems .
