I had my medication review on 06/12/2024, undertaken by a Pharmacy Team member which was excellent, comprehensive and informative and was most helpful giving information and options in a professional, caring and friendly manner, as always with this Team: I am very impressed and so grateful and can’t thank the Team member enough. I wouldn’t have a life worth living without the care from the Pharmacy Team

On the 20/11/2024 at 9.0am I phoned Langton Grange Medical Practice selecting option 5. It was in regard to a note for my partner from a hospital for an important medication. The person I spoke to was very understanding and helpful. We collected the medication at 9.0am on 21/11/2025 from the chemists. The word Excellent hardly describes how good the person was I cannot thank enough

This week I had COPD review with test to include breathing, blood pressure and weighing, along with health questions. All carried out in a professional way and with care. Absolutely 5 star and I could not ask for more

Again the pharmacy team has exceeded my expectations. I was very low on my important inhaler. The reception team as always were great, efficient and friendly they passed my prescription document on quickly to the pharmacy team who turned it round very fast and sent it to the chemists I use. These are not just words I rate Langton Medical Centre as 5 Star and i am lucky to have the team in my life. My heartfelt Thanks

The doctor was clearly just from out of universaty and had not listened clearly to what he was told are my symptons. He did not look at what previous x rays had shown and yet ordered another one, though fused bones will not change from a x ray done only 4 months ago. He was also going to prescribe pain medication that I can not be on while on immunosuppressants. He was told 4 times during the appointment and we were not alone. The staff memeber i tried talking to today in regards to a waste of x-ray appointment has no idea about the appointment and tried fobbing it off as being arranged by somebody else. Also they was not interested in anything else nor helping me but being rather rude. When it came down to a confusion in regards to the pain clinics location now, as it seems like case of musical chairs. I dont recommend anyone useing this practice or beliveing its made up 5 star reviews.

I had an appointment booked recently 12/02/2024 late Afternoon with a lady doctor. Who was caring and professional and a great help. A new extra set of prescription was sent to the pharmacy team by the doctor around 5.0pm they undertook and sent to chemist for very quickly for collection. As before my feedback to the pharmacy team and the nurse team Has not changed excellent help and care Both are professional and give me very good medical advice and treatment. With the reception team being very helpful and considerate under what must be stressful conditions I feel lucky to have the Langton Grange Medical Team in my life Thank You all, I do really appreciate what you do Robert Wortley

Langton Grange Medical Centre. Eastern Avenue, recently I have had two appointments with the nurse team for tests and assessment. Also, consultation with pharmacy team. Both are professional, give me very good medical advice. I feel lucky to have them in my life. If I need the service of doctors they are always available for me.. With the reception and office management administration staff very helpful and understanding Thank You all, I do appreciate what you do Robert Wortley

I rate the service at Langton Grange Medical Centre. Eastern Avenue, as very high The Office manager is extremely helpful with great communication. With the reception and administration staff professional, very helpful even with their large workload. My main contacts within the practice are the pharmacy team and the nurse team. I could not wish for better medical / Health advice all in a caring manor, from both teams. If I need the service of doctors they are always available for me. The whole medical centre team are 5 star. Thank You all Robert
