Caller number 1 from the start of my call according to the message but holding for 24 minutes and counting… and why am i calling? Because I was told someone from the surger would call me today to arrange a necessary face to face appointment after being telephone triaged already yesterday. It’s Thursday 16.55 no call received and my daughter is left unwell in the meantime. Come on Law medical get a grip and don’t offer us such a shoddy service.

Dear Salma, We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced in getting through on the phone. We routinely monitor our call statistics on a monthly basis. This is an automated reporting process undertaken by our telephony provider. We can confirm that during the month of May 2024, we answered 6511 calls, at an average of 295 calls per day answered. The average waiting time for ALL calls across the month of May is 8 minutes and 56 seconds. We are considering publishing these reports on our practice website for transparency. We are unclear on what happened on the occassion(s) you may have called. And we would be more than happy to look into this and investigate, if you would kindly contact the practice and request to speak to one of the managers we can look into this for you. Our telephone system logs all calls received and those made. We can also look into who spoke to you and investigate why you were not called back as promised. I attended my Surgery today and the appointment was very successful. I have a phobia about needles and my appointment was for a check up with blood tests. The GP who is also a Senior Partner is aware of my phobia and he used psychology when dealing with me. He distracted me by asking me questions and getting me to talk whilst he inserted the needle. The blood sample was taken before I realised what was happening and I didnt feel any discomfort whatsoever. This experience is what makes me realise how fortunate I am to be registered with a good Surgery and a kind and caring GP. I am very thankful to be a patient at the Surgery.

The Doctor was lovely and was very easy to talk to. Explained easily what was needed and listened to another problem my mother had a solution ready and was talking about blood tests to check. Talks very clearly, which was nice as some Doctors mumble. It was a very nice experience.

Warmly greeted by the Receptionists. The GP was friendly and reassuring and very competent. The practice Nurse very efficient at taking a blood sample. I felt well taken care of and I thoroughly recommend this Practice. It is well worth the journey which I undertake to attend the Surgery and I appreciate being a patient at this practice.

Law Medical Group Practice Wembley branch is the best GP I have visited. I visited this branch recently. The Doctor and the dietitian were really helpful. They were great listener, highly knowledgeable, and willing to come up with the best treatment plan for me. My experience was highly positive. I recommend the Law Medical Group Wembley branch to anyone who looks forward for an outstanding doctors and staff along with the valuable services.

If you need an excellent GP Surgery in Wembley, this is the one. Very experienced GPs, very relaxing environment, wonderful reception staff. I thoroughly recommend this Surgery.

One of the most reassuring aspects in this hurly burly of life is the knowledge that I am blessed to have the best GP Practice ever. The Reception staff are very efficient, welcoming and friendly. I couldnt find a better practice nursing staff along with the physiotherapist. Most of all, the icing on the cake is the most knowledgeable, wise, sympathetic and kind GP whom I have known for many years. Knowing that I am a patient at this Surgery is indeed medicine in itself. There is no other Surgery like it.

When attending my check up appointment, I arrived at Surgery and was warmly greeted by the Reception Staff, they are friendly but very efficient and I have confidence in them. Seeing My GP is medicine in itself as he has a wonderful knack of putting things into perspective and alleviating my anxieties. I have been a patient of this GP for several years and I have total trust in him as I know he is an excellent , kind and caring GP. Im truly grateful to be a patient at this outstanding practice.
