    I can never get through to the surgery by telephone to book appointments or to reach the pharmacy. Phone lines always off the hook. E Consult is available for those with internet access. If your internet connection is lost, you have no way of contacting this surgery. This is a frequent and recurring issue.

    Can't get through at all. Ever. They keep sending text reminders for me to make an appointment, but I can't get through to make an appointment.

    My 10 month old twins have managed to pick up every bug and illness going. Everytime I have called the practice since they have been born to consult with a doctor about them, I am given outstanding service from the team of receptionists and doctors. It’s obvious how hard they all work, but they never let that interfere with the care we are given. There are a couple of receptionists in particular that have been great. I know they genuinely care. It’s so reassuring to know that I can pick up the phone on behalf of my babies and get the help they need within a quick time frame. The team of receptionists there are under appreciated a majority of the time. They deserve more credit for all their hard work and the genuine care they give patients. So thank you from myself and my family.
