I have moved to this area recently, I was in desperate need of seeing someone to continue the medication that was given to me by my previous Gp in Kent. I was registered within 2 days and was helped by an amazing team to put in a request via Patchs and receive meds just 30 minutes later to collect from the pharmacy. The surgery understood my need and was helped promptly. I strongly suggest this surgery to anyone. I don't see why anyone can have problems with this team of fantastic people who are working so hard with very limited resources and stretched to the max. My experience is fantastic and I can't thank enough.

I turned up at the surgery on Friday 25/11/22 without notice and no appointment. Without fuss I was attended to immediately and within minutes an attentive and kind nurse did all the tests and asked all the questions I could hope for. I was prescribed the required medication and even directed to the pharmacy to collect. I am so grateful to receive such medical care and attention and consider myself fortunate. Many thanks to the NHS and the nurse who assisted me.

I contacted the practice via the Patchs system late Wednesday afternoon, and first thing Thursday I received a telephone call telling me my prescription was ready at the pharmacy and arranging a routine blood test. So efficient and such an improvement on having to wait in a phone queue to speak to someone. Thank you very much Lilyville!

I have been with the surgery for a very long time now. Me and my family always get the best service from this surgery. They offered me a place in their walk-in clinic to get the covid jab and flu jab, so I didn't have to travel to one of those places in hammersmith - I came to surgery on Saturday and was helped at the reception as well as by the nurse very fast. I really appreciate for what the team at Lilyville provide.

I recently returned from my holiday in Italy and France and had to call The Lilyville Surgery as I was concerned that I had a chest infection. The reception manager was most helpful and genuinely concerned for my welfare , so much so , that a GP called me within an hour of being home . After answering a few medical questions , I was immediately prescribed antibiotics. This was an amazing example of how wonderful The Lilyville surgery dealt with what could have been an emergency. I cannot thank the reception manager and the GP for their excellent care and commitment in carrying out their duties to a very high standard . Thank you once again

I was in intensive care at a London hospital with a serious illness and thanks to the excellent care which I experienced from all the medical staff, I was finally discharged. I cannot praise the medical staff and managers and reception manager of the Lilyville Surgery for the on-going aftercare which I am still receiving on a regular basis when I have a concern . I would like to thank them all for their devotion, dedication and professionalism which is always demonstrated at a very high level.

A request was made for resolving an issue of logging into my doctors Practice. It involved processing a request for a renewal prescription for medication and logging into. It was dealt by an immediate phone call. All issues were resolved quickly. Excellent service. Earlier in the year advice was sought from the Practice which resulted in being referred to the two week colorectal cancer pathway. The teams providing the investigations at the two hospitals were cheerful, reassuring and encouraging. The administration was brilliantly managed. The Surgery provided superb support throughout.

Thank you to the surgery for changing the portal. the new portal is now super useful. It doesn't have private and intruding questions and super fast turnover time. I am sure these changes are not done without thinking through the situation. Covid has introduced these new ways of working.

The surgery instituted yet another initiative to increase barriers to access to healthcare. To secure an appointment you need to use new Patchs system. I just spent 2 hours back and forth with messages (each time having to put in an email and a password), having to text photos, etc. I am yet to get an appointment! This surgery gets the award for putting up barriers to people accessing healthcare! I cannot imagine how an elderly person could secure an appointment or if you urgently needed to see a doctor for yourself or your child. To avoid!

The surgery always proves to be the best at looking after the patients. I have registered as a carer for my mother on Patchs. my mother regularly needs medication to help with the pain that she suffers. Every time I complete a Patchs form as a carer - surgery picks up on it and my mom receives the medication really fast. I think Patchs is a million times better than econsult. Almost have 5 questions in total to fill up. I think it's easy enough for anyone to use with internet access.
