    Everyone at the practice seems so willing to help and assist (especially whrn dealing with technophobes like me).! The receptionists are lovely, very patient and happily sort problems out for me. The practice nurses answer every query and explain if medically complicated. The doctors are very kind and manage to link with the hospital Neurology Dept and Burgess Pharmacy to sort out my medication. The only gripe I have is that awful smug voice giving weirdly phrased instructions about general NHS information - I could cheerfully throttle the woman who recorded it.     I attended the surgery today to have bloods taken. The nurse was extremely friendly, very professional and above all caring. She advised that I was eligible for additional services such as the winter flu jab, the pneumonia jab etc which was additional to what I was expecting. The nurse was was excellent.

    I contacted the surgery in January via the online help form to kindly request that I can access my children’s NHS health services through my NHS account. Around a week later the surgery phoned and said the lady who deals with this was on leave so to ring back next week. I did just this and was told that she was busy and to try ringing back again. I did this a week later and was told she was not in and to put a request in online like I had done previously. I put the request in online with all the required details needed to add my children onto my account. It said that the practice would respond within 2 working days as it is non urgent. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response. What is the point in having an online system for non urgent enquiries if they don’t bother answering it and ask you to ring the surgery.

    It was a pleasure to go to the doctors.The service was absolutely brilliant.Everything run smooth spot on time. Highly recommended
