All of my contact with this practice, at every level from reception to GP staff has been helpful, efficient, professional and effective. All communications are responded to promptly and helpfully, and every effort is made to ensure that prescriptions are issued and appointments arranged as quickly as possible. Most recently, to my surprise a face-to-face appointment with a GP was arranged on Christmas Eve, such that a prescription could be issued and collected prior to Christmas. I really do think this could be claimed as exceeding expectations! I have been deeply impressed with the commitment and professionalism of the staff at every level, and am grateful to be a patient at The Limes.

I had great support and help from Reception and my GP during recent visit . My consultation was not hurried and I felt really cared for with a good outcome . Thankyou so much

After visiting the surgery a few times in the last couple of months for my children I wanted to review how quick it was to be seen and receive treatment. I have been a patient at the surgery since I was a child and have always experienced great service but particularly recently I feel very fortunate to be a patient here as well as my children.

I went in today to register as a new patient. There was a man on reception he was so helpful and friendly. He came round round as well to help me out the door with my pram. He really is an asset to your practice.

Great practice! My family have been coming here for many years. It has gone through some changes but in the last year it has been revolutionised since the new partnership took over. Thank you for your endless work.

I left a google review but felt compelled to also leave one here. Having been speaking to friends I have to say we are luck to be patients at The Limes. The practice as been outstanding in the last year, from the receptionists to the doctors.
