    I attended a routine appointment yesterday, I was seen promptly. The nurse was friendly & professional. She answered all my questions & explained everything as we went along. I also had to speak with the receptionist who was also very friendly & professional.

    I visited the Lodge Surgery on 9th January. Although I was seen by the doctor twenty five minutes late I was still happy with the care and service I received. The doctor's manner was excellent and they explained everything I needed to know and was happy to answer all my questions.

    I had to cancel and then later reschedule an appointment for a vaccine. At short notice I was given an acceptable and convenient appointment with minimal fuss. Very happy with the service.

    My doctor showed a lot of empathy and understanding at my appointment. We went over a lot of different topics during my appointment. She knew I was struggling with lots of anxiety and trauma which allowed her to make another appointment for me. I hope I can keep positive energy to enable myself to get thru this episode. My mother came with me in order to make sure I explained exactly what was going on. I still need reassurance on certain things, which I hope will be resolved on my next appointment.

    Booked an f2f appointment on the e-consult . Worked well & was given appointment one day later. GP gave excellent service, carefully listened to my interpretation of my issues and carefully responder. Couldn't ask for better treatment!

    Completed an e-consult and was phoned a couple of hours later with the offer of an appointment later that week, even over Christmas. The doctor was great and very informative. Thank you
