    On time appointment, professional explanation and recommendation. Nurse is very patient. I do satisfy the service GP provided, will recommend it to my friend and colleagues.

    I attended a pre booking to receive a vaccination. The procedure took place at the alloted time, all went well.

    I went to see the GP yesterday and she was professional, friendly, thorough and put me at ease as she was explaining her thought processes about what the problem might be. I can’t rate the Lodge Surgery highly enough. They have given my family and I fantastic medical care when we have needed it. The GP’s are professional and explain things well. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. Like all NHS services, they are under pressure, but patient welfare always comes first.

    The last 3 or 4 times I have visited the practice with my 88 yr old mother I m so impressed by the care the female doctors have given her she was listened to , treated with respect and her concerns were dealt with promptly - on two occasions I have been contacted after the appt to discuss further her health

    My GP was very professional and made me feel comfortable with my appointment. She seemed to understand my condition and asked many questions relating to that. Also provided a list of actions I needed to take in order to improve my condition. Overall I am happy with the service I received.

    I attended for an ECG reading. This was performed in a friendly and relaxed manner, and was completed within a few minutes. There was then an opportunity to ask a few questions about diet and gain some very valuable advice

    I completed the eConsult and had a GP appointment arranged within 2 hours. The GP asked further questions and examined me after which I was referred for further tests. Within 2 hours of getting home, I was called with my hospital appointment. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent practice.
