It is essential that I have access to a clinician local to my home. Able to walk to Dr’s appointment with wheels. (Walking with a helper.)

Review titled Told me to live with the pain!
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 July 2024
I was seen by a physiotherapist who told me he believes that I have damaged the cartilage in my knee and the only thing available to me is to do some exercises. Some years ago I had a similarly undiagnosed problem with my other knee however I had an MRI scan that eventually resulted in an arthroscopy. Since then I have had no pain in the knee that was operated on. I was told that the NHS guidance is not to sends people for MRI scans. I can only assume this policy is to save the NHS money.

The compassion and time spent with the doctor was exemplary . He listened , gave advice and I felt much calmer after I had seen him. The technology via the app with booking blood test then results was so quick and then immediately followed up with an appt with a nurse .Really good service . Thank you !

When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely reception team who answered all my questions and signed me in. The GP I met listened to all my questions and was extremely helpful in offering screenings. My appointment was long overdue and I felt very reassured by the quality of service that I received. Thank you to all the team!
