    I was given a heart test ,a blood test and I saw the Dr within 3 weeks. I have no complaints with the service I receive. If I need to see a Dr or nurse, I see somebody within 2 days.

    Doctor did not rush the appointment even though my appointment time ran over doctors was very caring to my needs she read up to make sure there was nothing she had missed

    Able to see doctor asap or advice given regarding medical issues choice of surgery available very helpful and considerate towards patients I was treated with respect and understanding and reassurance about my condition and follow-ups and have faith in the doctors

    She was amazing showing care and concern both in the consultation and in the way she spoke to me. I didn't feel that she rushed anything. I felt totally supported and heard.

    This time I saw the practice nurse to have some staples removed from a head wound. They were sensitive and professional. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and this put me at ease as I am hard of hearing. Everyone is always spot on in delivering a professional and efficient service. I never want to go anywhere else!

    I was dealt with extremely well. The doctor was caring and listened to my symptoms and discussed next steps so I had a good understanding of what to expect

    I got in almost 15 min late and thought I had lost my place, but the receptionist was understanding and spoke with the nurse, which called me soon after :)

    The GP trainee started the consultation on time and took her time to listen to my situation. She was thorough in taking background information and clearly explained about the examination before proceeding. She told me what the options were for treatment and encouraged me to ask questions. I felt listened to & respected at all times during the appointment.

    This telephone call appointment allowed the issue to be discussed in detail. Although a face2 face would have been easier we agreed causes and reviewed actions. As the appointment was with a trainee doctor a follow up call was made by the practice later that day as an alternative treatment regime had been suggested by the reviewing senior. In discussion it was agreed that the initial course of action was still suitable but I was pleased that there was a follow up call. Good care - thank you
