I saw the Doctor within 5 minutes of arriving on time for my appointment He was very kind and took his time to explain my condition and thereafter treated me with the required injection

Covered everything I wanted to speak to GP about and didn't feel rushed. GP confirmed will follow up health issue which was discovered during scan in A&E

I always find the Lodge Health Partnership friendly, helpful, proactive and caring. A superb service and one I would recommend. An excellent recent example was over my blood pressure tests.

Filled in form at surgery as I struggle with online stuff. Within 10 minutes of being home,had a call to say physio appointment had been made for 5 days later.

Saw a nice Doctor yesterday about my shoulder pain, he was very helpful and referred me which was what I wanted. My appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I came with my daughter who is a bit scared of doctors. We were seen on time, not a minute later. The GP was very nice and attentive and made good connection with my daughter. Overall the experience was great. I am very pleased
