My first visit to the Loughton surgery and it was a very positive experience. I saw a doctor who was kind, professional, thorough and helpful in every way to give me the medical care, reassurance and follow up advice.

Hurt my wrist, got an x-Ray, doctor suggested some exercises. He then called me 4 weeks later to check how it was and see if I felt a further x ray was necessary. I was impressed with the service seen as I didn’t call up or request a follow up call, doctor just took initiative to do that. Thank you!

Im very happy how the new queueing system are in use. Call like 08:22 in tbe morning. Was told by he call system there more than 30 people before my call is answer. I can given the option to hang up, than practie will call me back when it my turn. 08:51 got a call back, also book a slot for the same day for GP. Im very please with the system and the GP and Nruse in the practie.

Very helpful service and the whole team at the surgery couldn’t have been any more supportive in this case and the support of the doctor was great with the illness my dad had

I’m very happy with the attention of the doctors and people in the reception. The doctor was very understanding with my issues and gave me lot of information and solutions. I’m very grateful, especially because you feel very vulnerable when you’re not well, so it’s nice to find nice and kind people.

I have spoken with the same Doctor twice and have received an outstanding service on both occasions. The Doctor is professional, understanding and knows his stuff inside out. Completely fills me with confidence and gives me a sense of relief that my medical issues are being dealt with thoroughly. Having such a positive experience also really improves your mental health. I couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you for all your support you deserve such recognition.

I had a blood test on Monday, and my doctor scheduled a telephone appointment for Thursday to discuss the results. Everything was fully explained, and all my doubts and questions were addressed, putting me at ease. I am really happy with the service from this GP practice—they truly show care for their patients. The staff are very understanding, and the practice is efficient all around, from the reception team to the GP and nurses. I highly recommend this practice for their excellent service and patient care.

Reception staff are helpful and efficient in dealing with the ‘8am’ phone calls. There was a easy to use link to upload photographs and I was impressed that the doctor had obviously read my notes and was aware of the ongoing issues with my toe, he listened to my concerns and prescribed appropriate medication. All round excellent service.

My call this morning as booked was for results of a CT scan. It was explained to me fully so I was able to understand and the doctor was really helpful with a side issue. All in all I was extremely satisfied with the call. I’ve always found the the staff at this surgery from reception to the medical team to be friendly helpful and understanding .. no complaints from me.

booked a BP assessment call and agreed time and date, only for me to then chase surgery as to why no call. only to be told booking has not been done. receptionist could not even give a reason. in the 20 plus years i have been under this surgery it is not what it use to be like
