Rude reception staff and not one good caring gp in any of it 3 surgery's went today and saw a gp who told me to book another appointment with another gp as they knew me better than they did really is that it so it took 3 weeks to get this appointment this company is a disgrace your just commodities shipped in and out as fast as they can to turn a profit the nhs at it very worse avoid or move there are much better

Reception staff are very rude and never willing to help they hang up the phone when challenged. Once they told me they booked me on an appointment but when I arrived I was never on the system as to have been booked on an appointment. I called back to find out what happened no apology just more excuses and rudeness
