Review titled Extremely bad service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Mudasir mahmood - Posted on 10 December 2024
First time when i walked in the receptionist was rude she snatched my medical form of me when i was asking her to explain to me why the gp has left notes on my form. Staff is not very helpful always giving out wrong information. My doctor refused to sign my document because he wanted me to pay him and after i paid i went home and realised he filled the form incorrectly. Then i had to see him again and to see him again i have to beg the staff everyday.

Review titled Doctors shouting

Was told to ring today by a member of staff to get a nurse appointment as they cancelled mine due to staff sickness last week only to be told I now have to wait another 3 weeks as fully booked. Couldn’t hear the receptionist as a Female Doctor was shouting in the background, speaking to a patient, so unprofessional and rude. How do the employees work in such an environment. I kept having to ask her to speak up plus I could make out every word the doctor was saying to this patient.

Review titled Worst gp practice to exist
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Jas - Posted on 26 October 2024
I’m not a patient of this practice however I have family members registered here. The doctors do not even call back my mother was waiting for a phone call she didn’t even get. Reception staff are also extremely rude particularly there is this new receptionist with the fake eyelashes needs to fix her attitude.

Review titled Horrible practice

This is the most rubbish surgery ever. As a NHS worker I left work early because I had an emergency appointment booked at this gp surgery. I was 5 minutes late due to train delays on my way back from work. The surgery told me they cannot see me. The receptionist was rude and I was told to sit and wait for nearly 25 minutes until the doctor was done seeing another patient so she can ask if I could be seen. The doctor turned around and said that I will not be seen and that I should book another appointment. I do not recommend this surgery to anyone!

Review titled No patient care what so ever
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anisah - Posted on 27 June 2024
I am getting very fed up with this gp practice. I have tried calling multiple times to get an emergency appointment can never get through. When someone finally answers the phone the appointments have gone. I have also gone in person to book an emergency appointment the system is so bizarre you get handed a ticket with no explanation to why the receptionist is too lazy and rude to explain. I walked out as I wasn’t going to deal with her bad attitude and went to A&E instead and received a much better service at whipps. I have also gone online and have completed an online consult the gp was supposed to call me I never received that call and it hasn’t been the first time this has happened. Appalling service no patient care what so ever.

Review titled Not helpful

I went in the surgery today to pick up some test for my neighbour who is house bound and can not get out, I asked why they could not post it, as the times of the opens and closes is not really suitable for me, as I do work, I had to wait in line that took 40 minutes, as the receptions are very slow and kept asking the other people why they needed to see the doctor even though they did not want to say, as the reception area is very small and everyone could hear what they was saying this could be either confiderent to them or they did not want them to know, and they should respect this when it was my turn to be seen, i gave my neighbours name, they got the form out but not everything was ready. they are very unorganised the lady at the desk is very rude and don't even smile, when I asked why they could not post this out she said it is not there policy, so I asked what if they have no one to collect this and she could not answer. when I asked that I want to make a complain about her and the service she got a piece of paper out and was going to write it down when I asked could I please take this she said no this is the way we do things here, I have also tried to call serval times today to speak to the practice manager and she is in a meeting when I asked when she will be free all you get is I don't know, they have no passionate when they are speaking to you on the phone., and sound like they are fed up. I would not go to this GP at all and had advise my neighbour to change her GP.

Review titled Terrible experience
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 23 May 2024
The clinic has bad facilities. We had to take our newborn son for his 10 day check there. The babies are being checked literally in the middle of the cold corridor, fully undressed being weighed. No other checks been carried out and our son hasn’t been discharged for jaundice without being properly checked for it either. We’re not going back there. It was a stressful experience and totally unnecessary considering we had had a visit from the same health provider on the day who could have weighed the baby without the need to drag our little one to the useless appointment.
