Had a small procedure and was very caring, always get to see a doctor when really needed, and follow up bloods etc, kept informed.

I cannot praise all the reception team practice Manager, Doctors, and Nursing staff enough. They have all gone out of their way to help me. So would like to say a big Thank . Results Lady today was simply amazing. I know it is not often you get praise, but as far as I am concerned it is well deserved.

Iv been at the practice for a while now I have never had such a caring doctor She took the time to really understand my issues and followed up on everything we discussed I would 100% recommend dimple to any one who has felt let down by the practice to see her Thanks so much

Since moving to this practice this year every experience has been great! The online enquiry section is super helpful, have always heard back the same day and then either a phone call or appointment, got me in quickly for minor procedure and just really helpful and friendly staff !

When I read such negative reviews, I feel like it is a different practice. I have been with the Maples for many years and have never had a negative experience. Yes, unfortunately like all practices in the Country you have to wait for quite a while to get through on the phone. This is not the fault of the surgery. This is because Broxbourne has a huge amount of new homes built and no extra facilities to take the strain. Yesterday I phoned at 8am for an appointment. Yes I had to hold on for half an hour which is frustrating, but when I got through to someone they were friendly and polite. I got a call from a Doctor within two hours and was seen the same day. I then received a call from the Doctor that afternoon offering me minor surgery at the practice the next day. Minor op was carried out today by a Doctor. No pain and hopefully a good outcome. Fantastic service. Thank you to all.

Thank you for your feedback. The practice is doing everything we can to provide our patients with the best possible service and please to see our efforts are having results. Our practice list is constantly growing due to an aging population and all of the new homes and developments being built locally. This causes an increase in demand for appointments and GP Services. The Maples will always look for new ways of working to try and meet this demand and continue to offer safe high quality care to our patients.

The receptionists are incredibly rude and patronising. They are horrible at referrals are are always making errors and overall they make situations far more stressful. Untrustworthy practice.

Reception staff act like they have no time for you, trying to close the conversation off with you the second you start taking. There is no flexibility or support from them.
