This isn't my first disapproval with the practice, I've given them numerous benefits of the doubt. However today, it was the last. They are very bad with answering their phone calls and when they do, they never seem to have any appointments available unless it's an emergency. If it was an emergency I'd go to A&E, what's the point of GP centres? Today I was on call for two and a half hours as "number 1 caller." Eventually I drove to surgery to find the place empty and the receptionist casually telling me the phone's on break. No apology for keeping me staying on call from 11:30am to 2pm. Then to top it off, she said she doesn't have the doctors rota on system to give me any appointments, I'd have to call back another day but again she doesn't know what day. She told me to keep trying... she seemed very uninterested in any patient care or empathy. When asked about complaints procedure, she just shrugged and rolled her eyes. From reading some of the reviews and replies on Google for this practice, I've realised that even the practice partners don't really care. The replies are full of excuses and condescending attitude. So I've decided that moving from this GP practice will have to be, as did hundreds of other patients from what I've heard.
