    I phoned the surgery in regards to my husband who had run out of tablets and was now experiencing extreme agitation and was physically shaking. Spoke to a member of reception who was huffing and puffing regarding the issue. There had been an administration error for the number of tablets and the renewal of the prescription. I was obviously concerned for my husband, I explained how he was and asked "what should I do? If he gets worse?" The rudest response was delivered "I don't know!" I apologised because I thought maybe it was my question that came across wrong and repeated "what do I do if he has an anxiety attack or a medical issue? I don't know what I should do" I was told "I told you, I don't know" then they hung up on me. The receptionist team need to learn how to be more empathetic and perhaps a bit more helpful. They do work in a doctors surgery after all.

    I called to book a GP appointment and I was rudely told that I needed to call at 08:30 in the morning to book an appointment and then hung up on. They did not even ask what is was regarding or how I felt. Their website said you can book an appointment online but this system does not work. It should be taken off the website if this is not rectified. It would be easier if there was an online system. I am considering moving GPs where I may be able to book an appointment and be seen for my issues.
