I've been with this practice for 7 years and felt the need to write a review as the service has vastly improved over the years, I'm very impressed. Waiting times for calls to be answered aren't long, I've been able to get same day appointments for my young daughter when needed. I've also only had to wait a short time for a face to face appointment for myself which is unheard of in colder months. A physio appointment was booked within 2 weeks. And the doctors and clinician's that I've had contact with recently have been thorough and excellent in their diagnosis and follow ups. The online booking system works well, as well as the online repeat prescription service. Overall, I'm really pleased with this surgery, all the staff and the service they provide. Thank you!
